Refund Policy
Electrical, Welding & Security Services – Nevada
1. Services Rendered
All services provided are labor-based and custom in nature. Once services have been performed, they are considered complete and non-refundable.
2. Service Call & Diagnostic Fees
Service call fees, diagnostic charges, and minimum charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the recommended work.
3. Equipment & Materials

Customer-supplied equipment is not eligible for refunds.

Any equipment purchased on behalf of the customer may be subject to manufacturer return policies and restocking fees, if applicable.

Installed equipment that has been opened, used, or installed is not returnable.
4. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may avoid additional charges.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or service call fees.
5. Corrections & Workmanship
If an issue arises directly related to workmanship, the customer must notify the service provider within the applicable labor warranty period. At the sole discretion of the service provider, corrective service may be performed in lieu of any refund.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on performance expectations, environmental conditions, internet connectivity, third-party equipment limitations, or factors outside the service provider’s control.
7. Limitation of Refunds
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, any approved refund shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Acceptance of Return & Refund Policy
By selecting the checkbox indicating agreement, scheduling services, authorizing work to begin, or submitting payment electronically, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy. Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 719.
