Electrical, Welding & Security Services – Nevada

1. Scope of Work

Services are limited to the specific tasks agreed upon verbally, by text, or in writing prior to the start of work. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will require a revised quote and approval.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All prices are flat-rate unless otherwise stated.

• Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

• Hidden issues, pre-existing damage, or code violations discovered during service may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.

• Service call / minimum charges apply even if work is declined.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods may include cash, electronic payment, or other agreed forms.

• Non-payment may result in collection efforts or legal action.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the work area

• Ensuring pets are secured

• Informing of known hazards, underground utilities, or structural issues

• Obtaining HOA or property approvals if required

6. Electrical Work Disclaimer

Electrical services are limited to minor, non-permitted handyman-level work unless otherwise stated. Customer acknowledges that older wiring, non-code installations, or undocumented modifications may exist. No responsibility is assumed for pre-existing electrical conditions.

7. Security Systems Disclaimer

• Installer is not a security monitoring company and does not guarantee prevention of theft, vandalism, or criminal activity.

• Camera systems and devices rely on customer-provided internet, power, and equipment.

• System performance may be affected by Wi-Fi strength, building materials, or environmental factors beyond installer control.

8. Welding Services Disclaimer

Welding repairs are performed based on visible material condition at the time of service. Structural integrity of surrounding materials not welded is not guaranteed. Customer assumes responsibility for continued maintenance and safe use.

9. Warranty

• Labor workmanship is warranted for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, modifications by others, environmental damage, or normal wear and tear.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to customer-supplied or installed equipment where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. Under no circumstances shall the service provider be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Independent Contractor Status

All services are performed as an independent contractor, not as an employee or agent of the customer.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

13. Acceptance of Terms (Electronic Agreement – Nevada)

By selecting the checkbox indicating agreement, scheduling services, authorizing work to begin, or submitting payment through any electronic or online platform, the customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

The customer acknowledges that:

• The electronic checkbox selection constitutes an intentional and voluntary act

• Electronic acceptance is the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature

• This agreement is enforceable pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 719, governing electronic records and electronic signatures

No physical signature is required for these Terms & Conditions to be legally binding.
